Our mission is to bring a full range of customer services to our clients on behalf of the firms we represent. This means having a well-trained and knowledgeable team of inside and outside salespeople to provide timely responses to all customer inquiries and requests. We have a fully staffed office with staggered hours so that customers always have a live

caring person to talk to during all hours of the business day. We are your representatives and sales business partners in every aspect from initial contact, to engineering the specs, to getting the order, to expediting the shipment, and even collecting the money or helping with warranty administration.

Our field salespeople all have at least 5 years of application engineering background experience, which enables them to recommend the optimum cost-effective technical solution for the customer. They are all computer, cell phone, and fax equipped to ensure prompt receipt of hot sales leads and quick response to customer requirements. The team is all computer literate, utilizing various manufacturers' programs for technical application algorithms, customer proposal and quotation preparation, and PowerPoint presentations for seminars to consulting engineers or clients.

Our facilities encompass about 1,500 square feet of modern offices, centrally located in Long Island, New York. These facilities have a pbx system with cascading incoming phone lines, dual fax lines and independent cable and wireless modems for internet interface. We have seven computer PC workstations with networked database for ACT! in-house mailing and promotional programs, lead tracking, and prospect monitoring. The office also has two high-speed copier/collator systems for proposal preparation, desktop publishing, reproduction of our own promotional packages for principals to specific markets, and general quick reproduction of specifications and bid document copies.
